Tuesday, November 10, 2015 ~ 11:00 a.m. at COA Senior Center at 308 East Cayuga in Bellaire

  Area Seniors, Inc. is honoring all Armed Forces Veterans with a free dinner for the Veteran and spouse.  Non-Veterans are also welcome for a small cost.  God Bless America and our Veterans!  Limited seating, so call ASAP (Commission On Aging office) 533-8703 for dinner reservations.

  10:30 a.m.  FREE INFORMATIONAL SEMINAR “Reduce Your Risk of Falling to Maintain Independence”  presented by Leslie Knopp, Comfort Keepers Owner.  Information regarding causes of falls, effects from falls, strategies to protect yourself and others, and safety measures.  Open to all ages/public, so bring a friend! 

6:30 p.m.  DANCE CLASS open to the public!  No experience or partner necessary!  $5 donation for the caller and/or band appreciated!
